mix all ingredients until creamy. Leave the mixture alone for a week in a lg glass or plastic container, unrefrigerated. At least once a week, use your starter or discard 1/2 of it, be sure to replenish it with equal amounts of water and flour. After the frist week, you can store the starter in the refrigerator, but bring it to room temp for baking by making the water in the recipe just warmer than body temp and mixing the two together before they go into the bread machine. BE SURE TO ALWAYS REPLENISH THE STARTER WITH EQUAL WATER AND FLOUR Added by Janet Juengling-Snell
